On Thursday the new Primary School Tag Rugby League which is organised by our Community Programme had its first round of games at the club. Schools taking part were St. Peters, James Cambell and Valence. Unfortunately William Bellamy school had to miss this round due to staff availability.
Each school played each other twice and Roger(who reffed on the day) Neil, Nathan and Ollie were delighted with the excellent standard of running rugby played by the boys and girls which improved throughout the afternoon as team play came to the fore over individual bursts.
The days results are set out below as tries scored. We look forward to the next round of fixtures when Eastbury and Monteagle join with William Bellamy.
