- You've recently come back to the club after some time away. What's your earliest memory of the club?
Playing for Barking U13s in the Essex cup final and winning after what seemed like the longest tournament ever.

- How did you get into rugby?
My dad took me to Romford & Gidea Park when I was 5 and enjoyed playing straight away.

- What's are your aims for the club this season?
Win as many games as possible, drink as many half shandys post match and to get George Clark to crack a smile.

- Which player are you most similar to? Why?
Currently Andy Goode, for obvious reasons.

- How would you describe your coaching style?
I like to think I’m quite similar to Mark Hughes...

- Which barking player you looking forward to coaching the most. Why?
2 players stand out to me:

- George Clark because of enthusiasm and general positive aura.

- Ross Reed just because he is Ross Reed.

- Is it true you prefer wholemeal over tiger bread? And what's your favourite cap?
I’m actually more of a sourdough fan but I am partial to tiger bread when offered.

Favourite cap has to be my Black OBEY SnapBack. It’s a bit battered but does a job hiding my ginger lid.

- Occupation?
I currently work in Financial Crime for a London based bank.

- Favourite dawn meal?
Dawns Special Buffet, can’t beat it.

- SJsaid you used to look like a fly half but I don't believe him. Is it true?
